Melhem (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile application that helps users find medicine details and pharmacy prices in Turkmenistan.

We do not collect personal data. We don’t ask you to create an account, and we don’t request your name, email, phone number, or precise location.
Device permissions
The app does not request device permissions such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos.
How your information is used
Because we don’t collect personal data, we don’t use it for marketing, tracking, or profiling. Your searches are processed to return results and are not tied to your identity.
Third parties & data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Our app connects to our own services to fetch medicine and pharmacy data.
Cookies & tracking
We do not use cookies or tracking technologies in the app. We do not engage in cross-app or cross-site tracking.
Children’s privacy
Melhem is suitable for a general audience and does not target children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
We do not retain personal data. Non-personal, aggregated service logs (e.g., server health) may be kept for a short period to ensure reliability and security.
International transfers
Our services may be hosted on servers outside your country. We apply reasonable measures to protect data in transit and at rest. Since we do not collect personal data, no personal data is transferred.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect our services. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
